"He sends me SMSes in the middle of the night under the guise of wanting to discuss the child's welfare when, in fact, he wants to check if I have moved on. He is making my life difficult," says Tumelo Modise, the mother of his child.
"He seems to have forgotten that I have a protection order against him."
In February Reetseng accused Modise of cheating on him with a mutual friend.
The singer of Ke Tshepile Wena fame said at the time that her infidelity had led him to having doubts about the paternity of their son.
"I am f...d up, my man. I drink a lot because I just learnt that my fiancée cheated on me with my friend. I want to do DNA tests to confirm if he is indeed my child," he said then.
Now the singer has made an about turn, demanding access to the child.
One of his creepy SMSes says: "I am sori to disturb u nd ur MAN ..stop confusing my son about too many fathers, I am coming for him."
Modise says she does not understand why the muso keeps on calling her at night because they have parted ways.
"I have asked him to stop phoning me about the child because his son stays with my parents. He has my mother and the nanny's contact details if he wants to know how the child is doing," she said.
"I also want to put it on record that the reason we split was that he abused me physically, emotionally and verbally. It was not because of infidelity as he claimed."
Reetseng could not be reached for comment as his cellphone was off.
Earlier this year the couple was evicted from a rented flat in Auckland Park amid concerns that the popular singer was sinking into a mire of booze and debts. He had to squat with a friend after that.
Modise said she would enforce the protection order if Reetseng did not stop stalking her.
