TRIBUTES for slain strip club owner Lolly Jackson poured in on Facebook and Twitter, with some not hiding the fact that they never liked the Teazers boss.

TRIBUTES for slain strip club owner Lolly Jackson poured in on Facebook and Twitter, with some not hiding the fact that they never liked the Teazers boss.

Some called the 53-year-old a legend who left behind a legacy, while others said he deserved the bullets.

On Facebook fans kept posting messages of condolence on a page headlined "Lolly Jackson Murdered".

Zelda Esterhuizen said: "What a (sic) extraordinary man ... Pity he had to be judged by so many people. RIP Mr J."

Another fan said "only the good die young" while another posted: "Only God can judge men. Rest in peace, Lolly."

On Twitter people did not hesitate to heap scorn on Jackson. But a former employee of Jackson's, said: "For the short time that I worked for you, I did not see any bad side of you that people so largely spoke about. RIP ... My heart goes to u Manoli, be strong."

One wrote: "Apparently Lolly Jackson would have a priest bless Teazers every year! That is bull and if true, what priest would bless a strip joint?"

Another twit posted read: "I can't believe Lolly Jackson is dead! What are all the strippers gonna do now? (Lol) Laugh out loud!
