Government must trust the opposition

THOUGH opposition parties are not part of the executive committees of the different spheres of government, their advice, suggestions, input and recommendations should be seriously considered by the ruling party of the nation, province, district and municipalities.

As an ACDP member and a councillor, I believe that we can improve service delivery only if the governing party seriously considers our input. We do not oppose, but we give positive input, advice, suggestions and recommendations to take our administration to a higher level.

Service delivery can improve and be better with our help.
