Africa U13s flying south

YOUNG talent will be on display in Randburg, Johannesburg, on Saturday when soccer players from South Africa and other parts of the continent compete in the Nestlé Milo Under-13 African Champions Tournament.

YOUNG talent will be on display in Randburg, Johannesburg, on Saturday when soccer players from South Africa and other parts of the continent compete in the Nestlé Milo Under-13 African Champions Tournament.

Dorothy Langa of Seshego, Limpopo, are the hosts of this exciting one-day event, which will be staged under the auspices of the South African Schools Football Association.

Coached by Mpho "Ox" Mathopa, Langa pipped Mapule Sindane of Mpumalanga 2-1 in the national finals last year to qualify for Saturday's event.

Nigeria, Ivory Coast, Ghana and Kenya will also be represented in Randburg.
