AFTER brushing Platinum Stars aside in the Nedbank Cup, amateur  side Als Puk Tawana are now hellbent on   causing another major upset in the prestigious event by claiming the scalps of Orlando Pirates on Saturday.

Speaking ahead of their last-16 clash at Orlando Stadium at 8.15pm, Tawana's coach Zipho Dlangalala said yesterday: "Yes,  another upset is possible. Why not?"

The Potchefstroom-based side, whose youngest player is 17 and the oldest is 21, is the feeder team of big-spending Absa Premiership club Mamelodi Sundowns.

"For us it is not only about winning, the most important thing is to play good and entertaining football so our fans will have something to talk about," said Dlangalala.

In another last-16 match, Downs take on promoted National First Division side Blackburn Rovers at Rand Stadium on Sunday at 3pm. In Limpopo, Mpumalanga  Black Aces meet Winnerspark at the University of Limpopo's Oscar Mpetha Stadium at 3pm on Sunday.
