Hitachi Africa pulling the wool over our eyes

I WAS astonished when Hitachi Africa's chief executive claimed they were not aware that the ANC owned Chancellor House when they entered into an agreement.

That seems ridiculous since one would be expected to thoroughly research one's prospective business partner. If they had not known about it before they know now and are doing absolutely nothing about it.

He is lying when he says legally they have no remedy. The law states that if material facts are not disclosed or are misrepresented when a contract is concluded, the other party may withdraw from the contract.

Thecompany is benefiting from the World Bank loan, which will be repaid by us taxpayers. For how long must we be swindled like this?
