ER24 spokesperson Derrick Banks said yesterday the accident involving an Opel Corsa and BMW happened after 8pm. "The driver of the Corsa was declared dead at the scene, still entrapped in the vehicle."
Two passengers from the Corsa were critically injured having sustained fractures and possible head injuries. The jaws of life were used to extract the body and the two injured from the vehicle.
All six people travelling in the BMW were seriously injured having sustained neck and back injuries.
