AN APPLICATION made to monitor West Rand organised crime unit head Senior Superintendent Dumisani Jwara had "small mistakes".

This was the evidence by Colonel Johan Deetlefs of the crime intelligence interception and monitoring department in the Johannesburg high court yesterday. The state wants the telephone conversations between Jwara and two co-accused, facing drug-dealing charges, to be admitted as evidence. The defence argues that the conversations are inadmissible.
