Addressing hundreds of people in Nquthu on Friday, Yengwa praised Dube as the first MEC who has not "bowed to political pressure" but took decisions that benefited the people of KwaZulu-Natal .
"Unlike her predecessor, she is a unique leader with good leadership qualities ."
