THE search for the new Isidingo hottie ended last week when sexy Sisa Hewana from Port Elizabeth was chosen as the winner of the Talent Search campaign.

THE search for the new Isidingo hottie ended last week when sexy Sisa Hewana from Port Elizabeth was chosen as the winner of the Talent Search campaign.

The unveiling was on 3 Talk as well as at a stunning function at the Sandton Sun last week. Isidingo greats like director Grey, Karen van de Laag, sexy Len and actress Keketso Semoko graced the event.

Keketso was in a better outfit than the one she wore at the Saftas. Sorry, sisi, but you looked bigger than you really are. On this night you looked perfect in the fitted ensemble.

What were you doing with all the contestants in the corner? We saw you and wanted some young blood too - the boys were yummy, well not all.

The one with the beard was creepy. But all being said, Keketso is one of the sweetest ladies of Isidingo.

Many graced us with their presence as the Carducci contestants went up on stage to go on and on about their experiences.

It was refreshing to see 4Play actress Tiffany Jones Barbuzano in real life. She was there in a stunning asymmetrical black dress with pockets and her delicious director husband Bob, of course, with the same long surname.

Spotted SABC employee Mandisa Titi looking fabulous in a black floor-length dress, but we must admit that we girls were shocked to see her with a shaven head and bright-pink lipstick. What's wrong, sisi, did your stylist take a day off? or did you perhaps steal that colour from Barbie?

There was a short speech from the lovely Mathe, who is apparently the general manager of SABC 3 - so young and fresh. We must admit that the other contestants looked relieved that the gruelling weeks were over and they would be able to go home.

Pity Hlomla Dandala was nowhere to be seen, but then again he is a family man with an infant in the house. Some women are lucky.

A great function Isidingo. While the Isidingo search for an actor function had a nice mix of celebrities, the Marie Claire Beauty awards organisers seemed to have invited everyone, including men who carry handbags. Let's do a quick check: Dion Chang and some starlets were chatting in the corner, and because there were too many people we could not hear a thing, so we resorted to finding out about each other's health.

The place was filled with mostly white beauty editors, but it was refreshing to see the beautiful True Love beauty editor Ayanda Bikitsha. Yes she is related to Nikiwe Bikitsha, another Xhosa in the limelight in Egoliwood.

Claire Mawisa is still looking beautiful. Cindy Nel-Roberts looked beautiful though she was overheard saying she could neither see nor hear anything. That happens when you arrive an hour late at a function.

A great bunch of parties, and we girls are grateful. Of course, everyone is still chatting about Jub Jub's demise and yes, many folk are still drinking and driving. Eish.
