ADOLPH Schauder Primary School was last week given a donation of 10 computers.

Vodacom sponsored the previously disadvantaged school as part of the Yebo Millionaires initiative.

Rozita Bailey, the school's secretary who nominated her school for the sponsorship, said: "It is not only joyous but a special day for our school as the sponsorship will benefit both our learners and the community."

School principal Frans Flores said: "We are very proud and thankful to Vodacom Yebo Millionaires for this wonderful sponsorship. It will mean so much to us, the children and the people of Schauderville."

Athams Cekiso, Naziah Mussa and Philasande Moshoeshoe, who were among the first pupils to get a feel of their school's new computers, were visibly pleased.

"I feel very happy that my school has received these computers.

"It will also give me a chance to use them for some of my class projects," said Athams Cekiso.
