WE love dressing up so it was with great pleasure that we girls attended the movie premier of Nine a few days ago in Rosebank at The Zone at night - and thank goodness for that because there were not too many folk throwing themselves at celebs.

WE love dressing up so it was with great pleasure that we girls attended the movie premier of Nine a few days ago in Rosebank at The Zone at night - and thank goodness for that because there were not too many folk throwing themselves at celebs.

Let's focus on some of our own local stars. Babalwa Mneno, who seems famous only for the men she dates, was there with some limp-wristed characters. We wondered if she still told people she dated gay guys.

It was wonderful and surprising to spot Felicia Mabuza-Suttle in South Africa. The self-proclaimed local Oprah looked glam but we wondered why she wore shades at night and concluded DJ Sbu must be her icon. She also fidgeted a lot, which we found unnecessary since she looked perfect.

Uyanda Mbuli wore as much make-up as she did at the Saftas and we wondered if she was trying to impersonate Iko Mash.

Oh, the Kwela Tebza boys were there and we all heard how they hosted an impromptu party the next day and only a handful pitched - ag shame. They were heard calling journalists and begging them to bring their photographers. Boys, journalists do have lives.

Oh, it was a pyjama party and it was sweet to see Slikour and Sugasmax in matching pyjamas.

Khanyi Mbau, who would probably kill for publicity, was there looking like a koeksister with Primrose's husband, who looked more like a clerk than a rich dude.

Shame, its so heartbreaking when rich people have nothing better to do than go watch a movie at The Zone so they can get attention. Theunis Crous should have been looking after his toddlers.

Penny Lebyane, the new presenter of Motswako, was also there looking less stressed.

It was a great movie and we enjoyed the snacks and drinks.

Why Lucia Mthiyane is still looking so hot is something we girls are investigating. Surely a woman over 40 can't look that good.

lEver wondered why Tshepo Maseko looks so big these days?

Well, we spotted him at The Bank earlier this week stuffing his face and wondered no longer. Bhuti, really, less is more.
