The organisation, which hosts weekly business seminars in Sunninghill, Johannesburg, rewards an outstanding leader in Africa every month
Ndovi, director of Katete Dairy Farm, who also owns other businesses, received the Best Businesswoman of the Month Award for February .
She has made great strides in farming and is an inspiration to women in Malawi. She holds a degree in Business Administration from the University of Greenwich in the UK, a diploma in Management Studies from London College and a diploma in Marketing from Martran College in London.
She also grows maize, soya beans and grass for feed and owns fuel stations. Through hard work and knowledge of global trends, Ndovi's businesses have succeeded despite economic challenges.
"It's wonderful news for me, my networking opportunities and all women in agriculture. With God nothing is impossible," she said.
