Big demand for show

THOSE who missed the opening of the new Fugard Theatre in Cape Town, as well as the performance of one of the most innovative productions, have been given another chance to view the show.

THOSE who missed the opening of the new Fugard Theatre in Cape Town, as well as the performance of one of the most innovative productions, have been given another chance to view the show.

The Fugard Theatre is extending the run of Isango Portobello's The Magic Flute - Impempe Yomlingo - because of growing demand.

This comes after tickets for the performances for the final week of the opening season had all been sold out.

This means that people have not had enough of this production, which first hit the stages about two years ago.

The production has been extended to Saturday March 6, with performances on Tuesday, March 2, Thursday, March 4, and Saturday March 6 at 7.30pm.
