Stormers media officer Gavin Lewis confirmed that Guinazu would start on the bench for the team.
"He will definitely add value to the team because he is such a quality player," Lewis said.
Springbok flyhalf Ricky Januarie is back in the starting XV after starting on the bench in the 26-13 win over the Lions. Prop Wicus Blaauw is out after injuring a shoulder in that match.
The Waratahs go into this match buoyed after beating the Reds 30-28 in Brisbane.
The Sharks and Cheetahs meet in Durban tomorrow, hoping to make amends for an awful start to the season . The Sharks lost 19-18 to the Chiefs, while the Cheetahs were beaten 51-34 by the Bulls.
The Bulls would like to maintain their top spot at the Brumbies' expense at Loftus, also tomorrow.
