After the league champions' breezy 3-1 away win in the first match of the African Champions League against Mbabane Swallows in Swaziland on Sunday, Hunt was at his most impervious.
Tebogo Langerman, Thabo Mongalo and Dario Monteiro scored the goals.
"We had a lot of opportunities but failed to convert most of them. We will see what we can do here in two weeks' time," was all Hunt would say.
As for the league race and United's away clash with Platinum Stars tomorrow at Royal Bafokeng Stadium, Hunt's verdict is that it will be "very tough". United, who beat Stars 3-1 in the first round at Olen Park, have practically won their titles on the road.
The 2007-08 season saw them pick up 21 points compared to the 27 they had amassed at home.
And by the time they wrapped up the championship last season, they had an equal 24 points earned from home and 24 from away clashes, with seven more from stalemates.
Currently, they have won seven matches away and at home, with nine draws.
Meanwhile, Mamelodi Sundowns spokesperson Alex Shakoane does not think the Brazilians have taken their foot off the pedal, after Sunday's goalless draw with Santos.
"We simply had a bad day at the office but we honestly did everything that a professional team was supposed to do to win, while Santos sat back and defended. How else do you explain them fielding eight defenders?" said Shakoane, who feels all is not lost.
