Time government followed through

It is dangerous enough on the roads with those that do have licences; allowing people to drive who haven't passed their test will make things worse.

But, perhaps the time has come for the ANC-run Department of Transport to follow through on its promises to hire more call centre agents to test on time.

Also, to prosecute those who accept bribes to pass learner drivers who don't sit for the test or those who accept bribes to look the other way when someone does not have a licence is stopped.

Come to think of it, someone should prosecute the government for the delay in fixing the problem.
