THE Warriors of Namibia have included three overseas-based players in the squad to play Bafana Bafana in an international friendly in Durban on March 3.

THE Warriors of Namibia have included three overseas-based players in the squad to play Bafana Bafana in an international friendly in Durban on March 3.

The trio are Germany-based striker Wilko Trier, defender Oliver Risser, who plays in Norway, and midfielder Razundara Tjikuzu, who is based in Turkey.

Coach Tom Saintfeit has not included star player Collin Benjamin, who is doing duty for Hamburg in the German Bundesliga.

Six South African-based players are also in the team that will feature in this match to celebrate the 100 days' countdown to the World Cup.

The players are Henrico Botes of Platinum Stars, Rudolph Bester of Maritzburg United, Hartmann Toromba of Vasco da Gama, Michael Pienaar of Carara Kicks, Paulus Shipanga of Bay United and Sydney Plaatjies, who is currently without a club.

George Hummel, who has also played for Jomo Cosmos and Moroka Swallows, has also been included in the squad.

The Namibian squad:

Goalkeepers - Attiel Mbaha, Virgil Vries, Max Mbaeva.

Defenders - Toromba (Vasco da Gama), Gotlieb Nakuta, Richard Gariseb, Otlieb Nakuta, Steven Goagab, Ralph Ellinger, Hummel, Risser (Norway), Pienaar (Kicks).

Midfielders - Quinton Jacobs, Ninja Karongee, Rudi Louw, Tjikuzu, (Turkey), Letu Shatimuene (Angola), Plaatjies, Shipanga (Bay United), Johannes Seibeb.

Forwards - Bester (Maritzburg United), Botes (Platinum Stars), Trier (Germany), Heinrich Isaacks and Enslin Kamunhanga.
