"Our family has just been enriched by a new member," Becker, 42, told the Bild dailyyesterday.
"My wife Sharlely has given me the most beautiful gift with this baby."
Becker has two children from his first wife Barbara, 16-year-old Noah and 10-year-old Elias. He is also father to Anna, now nine.
He is the youngest man to win Wimbledon and a six-time Grand Slam singles champion.
He married his second wife, Dutch model Sharlely Kerssenberg, 33, last June. - Sapa-AFP
