Blame state for driving licence chaos

IT is true that many South Africans are being kept from testing for and getting their licences on time at many licencing stations in the country and I really feel and understand the senior Gauteng magistrate's response.

No, I don't support him but If people have already started driving without having licences the blame should not really be directed at them but the state, run by the lazy and arrogant ANC.

The state must account for and compensate law-abiding, good people for their struggle and frustration since many of them need licences to get jobs and buy their own reliable transport to work .
