Disgruntled communities must approach the office of the public protector with their service delivery complaints rather than embark on violent protests, Public Protector Thulisile Madonsela said yesterday.

Disgruntled communities must approach the office of the public protector with their service delivery complaints rather than embark on violent protests, Public Protector Thulisile Madonsela said yesterday.

"Please entrust us with any complaint you have about service or wrongdoing by public authorities," she said in Alexandra.
