FIRST they brought Garth Taylor to Mpumalanga, then Watershed, The Parlotones and No One's Arc.

This Friday, Mpumalanga independent radio station MpowerFM, in conjunction with The Barnyard are bringing Prime Circle to White River.

This world-class band has dominated the South African rock scene for almost a decade and continues to grow.

Consisting of Dirk Bisschoff, Dale Schnettler, Neil Breytenbach, Marco Gomes and Ross Learmonth, Prime Circle released their third and EMI debut album All or Nothing in June 2008. Just 15 months later, they were celebrating platinum sales and sell-out shows both locally and internationally.

MpowerFM managing director Kevin Savage said: "As the only station which broadcasts from the province to the province, we believe in giving our listeners what they want while simultaneously supporting SA music.

"We have teamed up with Paul Bruce-Brand since the re-launch of the Barnyard Theatre in November last year and are hoping to continue to bring Mpumalanga great talent and entertainment," Savage said.

Prime Circle will be performing live in concert at The Vintage Car Museum, Casterbridge Centre, in White River.
