Nation-building means working for the development of our communities; it is about promoting excellence and integrity, and striving for the best in all that we do for ourselves and our people; it means promoting goodwill among all the people of our country, it is about providing the champions of community development with the necessary skills and resources to do their work, it is creating an efficient leadership and increasing the value and quality of all the inhabitants of our country.
