COME rain or shine we gals will party even if it means we have to travel in the cheapest ticketed airline with people who have brought their own food to eat.

COME rain or shine we gals will party even if it means we have to travel in the cheapest ticketed airline with people who have brought their own food to eat.

So off we went in Mango Airlines to the Cape. I had the pleasure of not sitting too far from the sexy Dineo Ranaka, who looks amazing for somebody who has just had a baby.

She was raving about her dress from Felata, and she looked great in bright on the day.

Hours later she was spotted with six pairs of shoes while the rest of the celebs were rushing for lunch.

Khanyi Mbau and her man Theunis Crous were there, but unfortunately for them they were not allowed into our marquee as they were not invited.

Rob Louw, who gave us a scare with his cancer earlier this year, was looking ravishing next to all his kids, and we gals are glad he has recovered as he is one of the most good- looking local blondes.

Sonia Sedibe looked sexy as usual and one wonders why Leslie would let her venture around alone.

Lady Kitty Spencer, the late Princess of Wales, Diana's niece was there, a tad too inebriated for one person, but we girls don't judge as it was a party not a church gathering.

Loved chatting to the skinny Bonang Matheba even though we can't remember about what.

The Kwela Tebza gang are the sweetest musicians around. They are gentle, humble and talented. We spent the weekend watching them treat women with such respect we thought it was Mother's Day and Women's Month all in one.

One was spotted ironing his own clothes, another helped his girlfriend with colour coordination and the last helped an old woman with colour coordination - sweetie pies.

We love Chester Williams, even though we initially thought his wife looked like a librarian. The couple are lovely and have a great sense of humour - his dad is equally charming and we girls swear he was flirting with either us or his wife. The jury is still out.

Lee-Ann Manas looked stunning in a burgundy gown.

Former Miss SA Cindy Roberts looked weird in some luminous yellow sci-fi-inspired outfit. But we still think she is the most beautiful Miss SA ever.

It was great to see Speedy in a suit. They are sponsored by Carducci and blinged with sexy watches from Swatch.

A great weekend that was ruined by the high crime rate in Cape Town, but we would definitely do it again.
