THE case of Glenn Agliotti, the accused in the murder of mining magnate Brett Kebble, was postponed yesterday in the Johannesburg high court.

Prosecutor Gerrie Nel asked for a postponement until tomorrow. Agliotti's defence agreed since the same team is also working on former police chief Jackie Selebi's corruption case.

Agliotti's bail was extended on current conditions.

Agliotti was arrested for the murder in November 2006. He has already told the court that he would plead not guilty to the charge.

He testified in November in the case against Selebi. - Sapa
