In the first incident, a bus crashed into the back of a taxi on Umgeni Road in Durban yesterday, said Netcare 911's Jeff Wicks.
"Nine people were injured when a bus crashed into the back of a taxi."
All the injured were taken to hospital, Wicks said.
Also yesterday, a taxi crashed into a stationary delivery van on the N2 north-bound between the M25 and Nandi Drive.
