The sale, which is by way of piecemeal, takes place next Thursday at 10.30am at De La Reys Supermarket, corner Ontdekkers Road and 6th Street, Florida.

The sale is an opportunity for supermarket owners, retailers and industrial caterersto buy items such as double-sided gondolas and island freezers, cold rooms, high-back dairy and meat fridges, 12-door and sliding door beverage fridges, ice cream freezers, cake and deli display fridges.

There are also multi-tier galvanised units, bread display units, fruit and veg multi-desk displays, warmers, rotisseries, slicers, scales and shrink wrappers.

"This was a large supermarket. Its equipment is in excellent condition and the sale of the effects and assets is expected to attract an excellent turnout from the immediate and surrounding areas and possibly further afield," says Park Village's LeRoy Augustyn.
