Tshabalala is in camp with Bafana Bafana in Durban and said Chiefs, who are six points behind United, still have a chance of being crowned champions.
"We have a chance of winning the league but we must focus on ourselves and take each game as it comes. I'm also happy that the guys beat SuperSport United (in the Peter Mokaba tournament) on Saturday as it's never easy against them. The win was just what we needed."
Tshabalala also said he would like a move to any European league that would improve his game, "be it England, Spain Italy or France.
"But I must first put focus on my club and help them win something before I even start thinking about playing overseas," he said.
Shabba, as the dreadlocked Soweto-born player is known in football circles, also allayed fears that Bafana will bomb out in the first round of the World Cup in June.
"We are all working hard and we know that with the whole nation behind us we can do well," he said.
