How friendship became catfight

BUSINESSMAN Theunis Crous seems to have an eye for young, black women. At first glance, his drama queen former mistress Khanyi Mbau and his wife Primrose Crous almost look alike.

BUSINESSMAN Theunis Crous seems to have an eye for young, black women. At first glance, his drama queen former mistress Khanyi Mbau and his wife Primrose Crous almost look alike.

They are both young and sexy. They have almost the same features and style. But close scrutiny reveals that the personalities of the two are worlds apart.

The other difference is that while Mbau has been all over the place (being a drama queen that she is), Primrose has remained dignified.

Being the scorned wife, one would expect her to fight back viciously - especially since the two were once friends.

Despite the insults by Mbau on social networks Facebook, Twitter and the screaming tabloid headlines, Primrose has handled herself with grace and dignity. She did not take the bait even when provoked by being called names by her former friend.

Mbau called Primrose a psychotic bitch and made claims that she (Mbau) was pregnant with Theunis' child. Primrose kept her cool.

While the gold-digging Mbau was shopping up a storm, Primrose stayed out of the limelight.

When her husband moved out of their upmarket home to share a townhouse with Mbau, she never gate-crashed their party.

Once or twice she has sent Mbau a message: "Hands off my man."
