THE dissolution of Safa's Capricorn region has paved the way for president Kirsten Nematandani's chief lobbyist in Limpopo to take control.

THE dissolution of Safa's Capricorn region has paved the way for president Kirsten Nematandani's chief lobbyist in Limpopo to take control.

This after Abel "The Lip" Rakoma was appointed convenor of a 10-man interim committee.

The Capricorn executive committee was dissolved last month after infighting rendered the region non-functional.

Lucas Nhlapo, Limpopo's Safa representative, said the mandate of the interim committee was to normalise the situation at the local football associations (LFAs).

"Everything is going well. The LFAs will be updated because they have two representatives. I have heard that there is a letter of complaint from a disgruntled group. I have not yet received it. I'll visit the Polokwane and Lepelle-Nkumpi LFAs this weekend."
