Captain Leonard Hlathi said the six appeared in court yesterday with 13 others previously arrested over the Mpumalanga matric exam scandal.
"Their parents were called to bring them to the Nelspruit police station and they were arrested there," said Hlathi.
They were charged with possession of confidential information under the Access of Information Act.
Of the 19 people arrested so far for allegedly leaking matric examination papers, 15 were pupils, one was a teacher, one a prison warder, and a typist at the provincial department of education.
"More arrests are imminent," said Hlathi.
The six arrested yesterday were released on warning to appear with the rest of the group at the Nelspruit magistrate's court on February 24.
The rest were released previously either on bail or warning. - Sapa
