JABULANI Technical High School and Lobone Secondary School resembled ghost towns yesterday, confirming their status of being among the worst-performing schools in Gauteng.

Jabulani Technical High School "achieved" a disgraceful 19percent matric pass rate.

Not much better off was Lobone Secondary with a 22percent pass rate.

The poor results appeared to keep educators and pupils away from the schools yesterday, giving them a ghostly appearance.
