LONG queues are expected at Lotto outlets this weekend when punters will be trying their luck at two jackpots totalling R58million guaranteed for tonight and tomorrow.

National Lottery operator Gidani announced the jackpots yesterday.

Gidani says tonight's PowerBall draw and the Lotto draw tomorrow will be worth R29million each.

Gidani spokesperson Thembi Tulwana said the combined R58million prize for Lotto and PowerBall was an exciting prospect for players since winning the prizes would be life-changing.

"Jackpots of this magnitude make our games exciting, enabling us to produce numerous millionaires in one go," Tulwana said.

The Powerball draw will be aired on SABC2 at 9.30pm.
