LUANDA - The Angolan enclave of Cabinda is expected to deploy heavy security at its Chiazi Stadium during the Africa Cup of Nations.

Chelsea teammates Michael Essien and Didier Drogba will play the group stages in Cabinda, which will host seven matches.

The oil-rich enclave, separated from the rest of Angola by the Democratic Republic of Congo, is still embroiled in an independence dispute.

Agostinho Chicaia of human rights group Mapablanda said "Cabinda continues to be unstable, there is no peace" despite a 2006 deal. - Sapa-AFP
