THE 14 boys found to have been sodomising each other in a Cape Town suburb will not be charged, the Western Cape police said on Sunday.

THE 14 boys found to have been sodomising each other in a Cape Town suburb will not be charged, the Western Cape police said on Sunday.

Superintendent Billy Jones said though the police were investigating a case of sexual assault, the boys aged between five and 11 will not be charged.

Instead the youngsters will be referred to social workers for help, including rehabilitation.

The boys have been sodomising each other since September last year after allegedly watching a pornographic movie at one of their homes. - Sapa
