Other clinics should learn from ML Plessen

STAFF at clinics and hospitals are rude, they degrade patients and treat us in their own time. Chatting all day seems to be the norm among nursing staff.

But ML Plessen Clinic in Gauteng's Randfontein is a model clinic. By 7.30am the staff start working with enthusiasm. They direct the patients where to go and dispense appropriate treatment.

I arrived when they opened and was number 32 in the queue but by 9.30am they had finished with me, with smiles on their faces. Keep it up.

Let the others take a tour of ML Plessen Clinic to learn.
