THE department of economic development, environment and tourism in Limpopo will combine three conservation parks to craft one park to showcase the Big Five animals.

The move, according to conservationists, will boost economic development and create hundreds of jobs.

The authority said the Nwanedi Nature Reserve, Greater Kuduland Safari and Tshipise Forever resorts would be combined.

The aim is to house elephant, lion, leopard, rhinoceros and buffalo that are currently found in Kruger Nationl Park. The department revealed its plans last week during the visit to the three parks.
