While Josephs returns, the visitors will be without their resourceful defender Lucky Lekgwathi, who is suspended. The hosts will be without their talented forward Clifford Mulenga for the same reason.
Pirates spokesperson Mickey Modisane said the players will approach the Aces' clash with the same vigour and determination they showed against Arrows.
"It is time to turn the corner and convert the chances we create in order to improve our position on the log standings," he said.
"Against Aces we face a team fighting tooth and nail to move away from the bottom of the log."
Aces midfielder Sechaba Mmuso said they were in high spirits in the camp following their success over Stars.
"We are determined to collect as many points as possible in our remaining games before Christmas recess and Pirates will fall (tonight)," he warned.
Striker Mpho Maleka, who scored a solitary goal against Stars, is expected to give Pirates' defence a torrid time.
Aces will hope that the experience of the likes of Shere Lekgothoane and Felix Musasa will enable them to contain Katlego Mashego and company.
