JOMO Cosmos' midfield sensation and playmaker, Bongani "Shuffle" Theletsane, has pledged another four seasons of his career to the club.

This is contrary to media reports which linking the exciting 19-year-old to a possible move to one of the so-called big three teams in the Premier Soccer League next season.

"Not so," says Cosmos' administrative manager Thabani Gumede yesterday.

"Theletsane has extended his contract with the club for another three years. He had a year left on the present contract.

"He and Thapelo 'Super Glue' Tshilo signed contracts tying them up at Ezenkosi until 2015."

Gumede said the Cosmos players were happy at the club and with their current log position unfounded stories about some eyeing moves elsewhere are destabilising.

"We are reading about sources being quoted in these matters and nobody bothers to consult us. We can only suspect ulterior motives in such stories."

Gumede was speaking after a breakfast launch of a partnership between Cosmos and Pringle who will be clothing the players off-field.

Club boss Jomo Sono praised the clothing company for standing by him even when the club is hovering in the relegation zone.

He once again promised that there is still a lot to play for and that the players were up to the task at hand.

"We have been partners with Pringle for the past five years and this is just a renewal of our vows. The confidence you have shown in us will always be appreciated and will be rewarded."
