Soon after the sod-turning ceremony yesterday, the foundations for John Mdluli Primary School and Cyril Clark Secondary School in Matsafeni outside Nelspruit were being laid.
The only two schools in the area are expected to be ready by March 31.
Provincial education MEC Reginah Mhaule said: "I am indeed thrilled that this day has finally come to usher in new dreams and hope." - Alfred Moselakgomo
