THE executive mayor of Bushbuckridge, Milton Morema, has met Minister of Energy Dipuo Peters to discuss ways to accelerate the provision of electricity to the town.
The meeting took place in Centurion near Pretoria on Friday. Morema is said to have told the minister that several rural settlements in Bushbuckridge were withoutelectricity.
Morema confirmed that the meeting took place but refused to divulge details.
"My meeting with the minister was related to improving the lives of our people in making sure that we fast-track the installation of electricity in Bushbuckridge.
