This comes after Mthethwa's faction of the Nafcoc lost a case in the Pretoria high court on Thursday in their bid to stop a national conference that took place last week.
Former treasurer Jabu Khumalo, who is in Mthethwa's camp, said they would meet with lawyers today to continue challenging the legality of the new leadership.
"We are not deterred by the results of the court case at all. We will continue to fight and we will not stop," Khumalo said.
The court dismissed the application on the basis that it was brought too late, and that it was not possible to stop a conference which started on the same day, Khumalo said.
New president Lawrence Mavundla's deputy Steve Skosana said Mthethwa and her group were "wasting their time".
The Mavundla faction was also successful in their court application on Friday to have Mthethwa return files taken from the Rivonia head office.
Mthethwa had won a case to enter and use the offices after they were locked out.
"Khumalo must just stop being arrogant and find something else to do. We had a fruitful conference, and it will be business as usual," Skosana said.
He said more than 2000 delegates attended the three-day conference in Ekurhuleni. "It was also an official inauguration of the new leadership who were endorsed by the members," he said.
Skosana said provincial leaders were supplied with new vehicles "to go and improve the chamber's sectors".
