Three sales are to take place over the next two weeks, giving buyers an opportunity to put a quality repossessed vehicle in their Christmas stocking.
The schedule includes a very different venue in that the Emmarentia Dam Botanical Gardens hosts the sale of over 200 ABSA bank repo vehicles as well as bikes, boats and 4x4s, tomorrow, commencing at 10.30am with viewing today (Friday) from 10am to 4pm.
The whole idea is to turn this into a fun day for the family with jumping castles, refreshments and other attractions says Park Village Auctions' Clive Lazarus.
The subsequent sale takes place on December 2, at the Bank Asset Disposal Centre, Prolecon Rd, Prolecon, Jhb South (take Heidelberg off-ramp from the M2. At BP Garage and first set of robots make U-turn and back track, keeping to the left and then take the Prolecon Road). Viewing for this sale is on Tuesday, December 1.
That will be followed by the final sale of the year on December 9 at the MTN Expo Centre, Nasrec Showgrounds, Hall 9, Gates 6, 7 and 8 commencing at 10.30am. Viewing is on Tuesday, December 8.
The sales, which will involve a combined total of some 800 vehicles, wrap up what has been an "incredible" year for car auctions says Lazarus.
