SINDISIWE Khambule, the actress who became famous after going public about her lesbian relationship with the late Brenda Fassie, is back on television.

SINDISIWE Khambule, the actress who became famous after going public about her lesbian relationship with the late Brenda Fassie, is back on television.

Khambule, now known as Sindisiwe Majola, had been keeping a low profile until she landed a role in the daily e.tv soapie Rhythm City from December 3.

She joins actors such as Owen Sejake, Yule Masiteng, Bucie Nqwiliso, Moshidi Motshegwa and Mbali Ntuli in one of the country's fastest growing soapies.

Sindisiwe will play a cheeky private nurse called Constance. Having already started in Yizo Yizo 3, her latest venture on television starts on December 3.

Sindisiwe has also acted in Zone 14, Backstage, The Lab and the Oscar-winning movie Tsotsi.
