THE three high-profile embezzlement cases against J Arthur Brown, former chief executive of the Fidentia group, were postponed yesterday in the Cape Town regional court to January 22.

THE three high-profile embezzlement cases against J Arthur Brown, former chief executive of the Fidentia group, were postponed yesterday in the Cape Town regional court to January 22.

One of the three cases involved the Fundi and Infinity investment groups, while the second related to the Transport, Education and Training Authority.

The third case involved the Antheru Trust.

Involved with Brown in the Teta case was Teta's former chief executive, Piet Botma.

However, Brown was alone in the dock, as at previous proceedings a separation of trials had been granted.

While the former Fidentia executive appeared in Cape Town's regional court, Botma was scheduled to appear in the Randburg regional court. - Sapa
