Mothers abusing child maintenance policy

I APPEAL to the authorities or ministers concerned to review the child maintenance policy.

It is unfair that fathers have to produce pay slips when determining maintenance. It does not cost R600 to maintain a child younger than 10, but amazingly, R2000 is demanded.

A child must attend public school where school fees are paid once a year. If one of the parents wants the child to attend a private school, he or she must pay the extra . A child should use a public clinic for minor illnesses.

Women are using children as weapons when they separate from their men, which causes hatred between fathers and children. Please review the policy. We didn't rape these women.
