AUCOR has been mandated to sell a wide range of bank repossessed engineering and woodworking equipment.

AUCOR has been mandated to sell a wide range of bank repossessed engineering and woodworking equipment.

Aucor's Matthew Henderson says the unreserved auction comprises an excellent selection of machinery. "This is the ideal time to buy a vast range of good quality machinery as we anticipate that prices will be discounted more than usual due to the upcoming year-end and the current economy."

Topping the list of engineering equipment are four Seguro press brakes ranging from 80t to 200t, 10mm and 16mm Seguro guillotines, Pedrozilli and Linx pipe-benders and a 12mm and 16mm pyramid roller.

"There is something for every metal fabricator, big or small," says Henderson.

On the woodworking side are two Austro Strieberg STD111 vertical wall saws, a seven metre beam saw, panel saws, a 300kva enclosed generator, and a complete spray booth.

There is also a good selection of company delivery vehicles. "The two Astros are in excellent condition," Henderson says.

"It is not every day we see repossessed goods in such fantastic condition on our floor."

The auction takes place on Thursday at 10.30am at Aucor's premises at 562, 15th Road, Midrand, with viewing the day before from 9am to 4.30pm.
