"The National Sport and Recreation Amendment Act gives Sascoc the right to suspend affiliates if found to have contravened rules," said the administrator.
"All the Sascoc affiliates are guided by its constitution. Chuene and his board were suspended to allow the investigation to continue smoothly. It is within their rights, though, to challenge their suspension in court."
