On a scale of one to 10, Manuel and Gordhan each scored six points.
So far, the worst performers are Justice and Constitutional Development Minister Jeff Radebe, Minister of Women, Children and People with Disabilities Noluthando Mayende-Sibiya, Minister of State Security Siyabonga Cwele, Minister of Mineral Resources Susan Shabangu and Minister of Correctional Services Nosivive Mapisa-Nqakula.
They all scored two points each.
The web page for the 2009 review was launched last week with more than 150000 of its Internet users expected to review the performances of the ministers and will close on December 5.
