The 39-year-old supermodel chartered a pricey private jet to whisk Russian billionaire Vladislav Doronin to Morocco for less than 24 hours, where she presented him with a huge sports-themed cake adorned with a boxing ring, race cars and tennis rackets.
A source said: "Naomi was determined to spoil Vladislav and he was thrilled. It may seem a bit of an extravagant step for just one night, but she wanted to celebrate with him in style."
The couple arrived in Morocco at 3am on Saturday morning before Campbell flew to Abu Dhabi and Tanzania to complete charity work for the White Ribbon Alliance.
Campbell and Doronin - who is nicknamed the "Donald Trump of Russia" - began dating last year.
